[Must Know]Cigar Making Process in the Dominican Republic



Smoking a cigar is an amazing experience. By Doing this, it will provide an enriching taste food and wine or just help you relax. It would be nice if the cigar is made by your own, (formulated from ingredients that have by your own). With a little practice you will be able to create a perfect cigar and proud when you turn on these cigars.

Cigar factories in the Dominican Republic, every village has a small shop that sells cigars. Of course, there are a large company, such as Arturo Fuente Famous Brands produced at a plant in Santiago, in the north.



Cigar Making Stages
 1. Separating (tearing) of existing tobacco, can use scissors, knives and other tools






2. Sorting berish tobacco into certain groups, wipe with a splash of water, do not dip the water directly to tobacco because it will damage the tobacco






3. Put Tobacco that has been torn apart and clean it in a tobacco leaf, and then in print by a mechine





4. Materials that have been printed it, in the dressing with leaf tobacco to produce a cigar, using both hands and your own fingers (without using the tool)









5. Glue to use your cigar with a special glue like bermacol powder combined with water, jerky glue all the pieces of wrapping d (tobacco) and cover material that there is a cigar with the tobacco leaf



















6. Wrap it with plastic wrap cigars (cigar brand labels) and the cigar is ready to sell
